I BELIEVE, BELIEVE WITH ME

THIS HOLY WEEK

God is real.

The Bible confirms God’s existence.

In the beginning God created the Heavens and Earth

He sent his only son, Jesus, to die on a cross as a sacrifice for our sins

He came out of the grave on the third day

And Jesus now sits at the right hand of God, the Father,Almighty.

And will come again.

BE READY!

During these trying times as most Americans sit at home unable to carry on life as usual because the Corona virus, or what some would call a plague, many of us can feel quite vulnerable. Try to keep your mind focused on God. Maybe worship with your Church on TV or the internet. My home church is   https://live.tomoka.cc/ please feel free to worship here.

If you have friends who do not know Jesus as their savior now, this may be a great time to talk with them. Remember to use safe social distancing while talking in person or use the phone or the internet. Tell them about your relationship with Jesus and give them material to read.  If they are open to it, pray with them and read them the sinner’s prayer

“Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”

and ask them if they would like to pray it and receive Jesus. [Remember God called everyone to be ministers of his word].  If they or anyone you know that knows Jesus but has not been baptized offer to baptize them in you pool at the beach in a river or just symbolically with pouring water over their head. Then help them get involved in a church.
